Our Story
After graduating in Entrepreneurship and travelling solo through Asia, I chose a career in Sales & Marketing recruitment in 2018. A couple of years later I was promoted to manage the Sales & Marketing team in Rotterdam, working for one of the world's leading permanent recruitment firms.
With the same employer, the opportunity came up to move to Melbourne, Australia, accomplishing a lifetime goal. Together with my Regional Director, we built strategic niche sales desks to best support our customers within Industrial and Manufacturing, placing talent from start-ups to stock-listed multinationals.
After 8.5 years with the company, I made the decision to move back from Melbourne to home soil, putting that experience, network and global mindset into my own business.
With genuine care for the recruitment industry, and a focus on creating long-term sustainable matches, we strive to deliver value that extends beyond the placement itself.
